Hand care after hand sanitizing

In case of coronavirus infection, hands should be sanitized only after going out of the house in pandemic condition. Excessive sanitizing makes the hands rough and dry. How to restore the softness of the hand in such a situation is a matter of concern. There is no substitute for repeated use of sanitizer to avoid corona. However, in addition to sanitizing the hand, some things can be taken care of to maintain the softness of the hand.

1. You can't go out of the house at this time unless you need to. But those who have to go out use gloves. It requires less use of sanitizer or soap.

2. Try washing your hands with liquid soap. Liquid soap reduces hand damage and also makes hands relatively less rough.

3. Keep a cream or lotion with you. Use cream or lotion every time you sanitize your hands and wash your hands. However, use a very small amount of lotion on a hot day.

4. If there is no cream or lotion, you can use oil for hands. Even if you use oil, your hands will be soft. However, it is better not to use too much oil.

5. Use sunscreen when you go out of the house. If you are out of the house for a long time, use sunscreen again after 6 hours.

Remember, staying healthy is the most important thing right now. Take care of yourself with that.
